These are the vendor-published requirements from the Steam store, reproduced as listed. Editorial notes below them are ours and labeled as such.

Our read on the numbers (editorial, not vendor copy)
The minimum tier is unusually specific for an indie release: a 13th-generation i3 and a GTX 1650 describe a modest but modern 3D-capable machine, which tracks with the game being built in full 3D this time. A 4 GB install is small for a 3D title, so storage is never the bottleneck. If your machine sits between the tiers, the demanding part of the game is simulation load, not graphics: performance reports consistently point at many simultaneous zombies and route calculations rather than raw visuals.
Steam Deck: verified, but read launch reports first
Steam Deck is officially verified, which covers controls, display and session length. The launch-week performance picture was rockier: SteamDeckHQ's September 18 review measured sub-60 frame rates indoors, mid-30s outdoors and a batch of bugs, and concluded the optimization felt unfinished at review time. That was a launch-window snapshot before Update 1.005 (September 24), which specifically lists performance fixes. Judge from current reports, not the badge alone, and check the review page for the press context.
The demo is the no-cost way to test your machine before buying, and the price page covers editions.
What we cannot confirm yet
- Whether the requirements have shifted with patches since launch.

- Any macOS or Linux plans; none have been announced.
FAQ
Can I run Graveyard Keeper 2 on a laptop?
If the laptop clears the minimum tier (a 13th-gen-class i3, 6 GB RAM, GTX 1650-class GPU), the official answer is yes. Launch reports suggest keeping zombie automation modest helps early.
Is there a mac version?
No. The Steam build is Windows-only and no mac or Linux version has been announced.
How big is the download?
4 GB per the official requirements, on both tiers.
